LifeGroup Information and FAQ’s
Our LifeGroups are about connecting like-minded people who want to grow in their relationship with God while they enjoy one another's company. Groups are based on people's personalities and interests, so everyone is free to choose one that works best for them.
LifeGroups connect people who share common interests as Christians, friends, associates, teammates, or neighbors. Common interests can include anything and everything. Fitness, outdoor sports, heath and fitness, Bible study, praise and worship, parenting, literature, serving others, and sharing life's experiences are some of the topics that attract people to LifeGroups at CMC.
For someone who is seeking a class or a small group, LifeGroups are a great place to get connected.
Most of our groups are on-going and many of them allow "easy in" and "easy out" opportunities. Since our primary goal in our LifeGroups is to build relationships, we encourage people to find a group they are comfortable in and remain in that group for the entire year.

How do I sign up for LifeGroups? Call the church office at 210-698-7781 or contact the leader of the LifeGroup you would like to be apart of.
How can I find out what LifeGroups are available? Click here for the current LifeGroup directory
What are LifeGroups? They are groups of 3 or more people who meet regularly around a common interest or need or activity to pursue relationships, and/or personal development and/or spiritual growth.
Who can come to LifeGroups? Anyone
When do LifeGroups meet? At different times during the week (See LifeGroup schedule). Some of our groups meet weekly and some meet bi-weekly.
Where do LifeGroups meet? At different locations in our area (homes, restaurants, workplaces, and at CMC).
What happens at LifeGroups? Activities and discussions according to the interest or needs of those attending. At least one of the following is always included at each meeting: Prayer, Worship, Bible Study, Testimonies
How can I lead a LifeGroup? LifeGroup Facilitators must be a member of CMC and have attended the LifeGroup Leaders Training Seminar.
